S ohledem na Usnesení vlády České republiky č. 216 ze dne 26. února 2021 a Usnesení vlády České republiky č. 217 ze dne 26. února 2021 ve znění Usnesení vlády České republiky č. 241 ze dne 1. března 2021 sděluje Ministerstvo zemědělství následující:

Rybářství

Výkon rybářského práva

– individuální lov ryb na udici v rybářských revírech je povolen pouze na území katastru obce v místě trvalého pobytu či bydliště sportovního rybáře v době od 5:00 do 20:59 hod.

– výkon rybářského práva v rybářských revírech jako např. zarybňování, hospodářská činnost na revírech a další činnosti, které nelze odložit, nejsou omezeny.

 

Rybníkářství

– individuální lov ryb na udici v rybníkářství je povolen pouze na území katastru obce v místě trvalého pobytu či bydliště sportovního rybáře v době od 5:00 do 20:59 hod.

– rybníkářství – výlov rybníka a další hospodářské činnosti, které nesnesou odkladu (např. oprava a údržba rybníka a rybničního zařízení), nejsou omezeny.

 

Myslivost

– výkon práva myslivosti není kromě společného lovu zvěře omezen, a to jak z důvodu zabránění šíření nebezpečných nemocí, tak z důvodu předcházení škodám způsobených zvěří v lesích a zemědělství a rovněž z důvodu zabránění strádání zvěře.

 

Výkon funkce myslivecké a rybářské stráže

– výkon funkce rybářské a myslivecké stráže, které jsou výkonem činností sloužících k zajištění vnitřního pořádku podle bodu II. odst. 5 písm. a) a bodu III. odst. 1. písm. c) bod i) usnesení vlády č. 216 ze dne 26. února 2021, není omezen.

 

Zkoušky v rybářství a myslivosti

– zkoušky v rybářství (rybářský hospodář, rybářská stráž) není možné po dobu trvání krizových opatření pořádat, vyjma zkoušky pro ověření kvalifikačních předpokladů pro získání rybářského lístku pořádané distanční formou (online).

– zkoušky z myslivosti (lovecký lístek, myslivecký hospodář, zkoušky psů, zkoušky sokolnické, atd.) není možné po dobu trvání krizových opatření pořádat.

 

Apelujeme na dotčené osoby, aby v současnosti zvažovaly nezbytnost provádění těchto činností a usilovaly, aby se konaly jen za účasti nezbytného množství osob.
